Iridology

Iridology

Iridology is based upon the analysis of the colours and patterns found within the iris. Both the left and right eyes have been charted and each component of the respective irises relate to a specific region, organ or system of the human body. By assessing changes or abnormalities with these areas of the iris we are able to suggest where an abnormality may be residing.
A complete iris analysis will show whether a person exhibits a generally good constitution or a poor one, depending upon the density of the iris fibres, the patterns, structures, colours and degrees of lightness and darkness in the iris tell if an area of the body is inherently strong or weak. It also reveals the relative site of over-activity, irritation, injury or degeneration of the tissues and organs.

Zinc Test

Many peoples’ zinc level is extremely low. This results in a very poor immune system with an increased risk of infections and allergies. Low zinc is also associated with poor growth, skin disorders, low fertility, and also low mood. Unlike other minerals, there is a very simple test for your zinc status. One of the first indications of low zinc function is a loss of taste and smell. The zinc taste test can be used to determine zinc levels. This is a very quick and easy test that involves swishing 10 ml of liquid zinc solution in your mouth and the response to taste and texture will determine your zinc status.

pH Testing

Just about everything we do in life is of an acidic nature, increasing greatly your risk of chronic disease. Symptoms such as joint pain, arthritis, weight gain or loss, fatigue, inflammation, depression, digestive issues, reflux, skin problems, etc are just some examples of the body being acidic.

Do You Have A Poor Diet…Occasions Of Eating & Drinking Poorly, Any Of The Following?

  • Processed foods
  • Soft drinks, Flavoured drinks
  • White flour products
  • Meats – fresh & processed
  • Takeaway, Fast & Fried foods
  • Sugar, sweeteners
  • Dairy products
  • Alcohol

The above list demonstrates our ‘western’ diet, & many people are unaware it contributes to the Acidic build up in your body….
Stress also contributes to & affects your pH balance, both physical & mental stress can lead to an ‘Acid state’ in your body too.

pH is a number range used in expressing acidity (ACID) or alkalinity (ALKALINE), on a value scale running from0 to 14, with the number 7 representing neutrality (NEUTRAL).
Numbers less than 7 (pH 0 – pH 7) Indicate increasing acidity, and numbers greater than 7 (pH 7 – pH 14 ) indicate Increasing alkalinity.

The ideal pH for the body is 7.4.
