She has a strong background in mentoring and teaching students in Remedial Massage and Massage Therapy, as well as providing support to various local and premier-league sporting clubs. Liz’s primary focus and passion lie in facilitating healing and balance through expert treatment, support, and education.

Liz offers a range of services including Remedial Massage, Clinical Relaxation, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, and Trigger Point Therapy. She is an Advanced Member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, ensuring high standards of professional expertise.

Additionally, Liz holds the status of an Advanced Member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the industry.

Kristy Collings

Kristy is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist that has been part of Melbourne Naturopathy for the past 2 years doing Reception duties.

She also holds a Bachelor Degree in Western Herbal Medicine. Kristy’s passion for health and well-being saw her to welcome and combine both practices in order to assist clients to reach equilibrium within their own health.

Currently, she will be offering her professional Massage Services at the clinic.
